So what is it: What started as a stupid little joke between myself, Mike, and Lynda (after a long day of standing in line waiting to meet Robert Rodriquez and Quentin Tarantino) turned into a very funny short film. This is the story of Billy, whose house is invaded by the Freaky Fruits. Mike & I didn't put our names on this because we wanted it to be a joke. Hence the fake names of Rosedale Rodriquez and Freddie Dawson. Frankly, it still IS a joke, but it was better received than we thought it was going to be. Hell, we even won first place for it in the Alternative Category at the William Paterson Film Festival (thus completing the hat trick of three years in a row winning first place in the Alternative Category. Go us!). Anyway, enjoy it, laugh at it, and have a grand old time.

 

There's also a very good chance that you'll be seeing more of the Freaky Fruits in the future...and in a place you might not expect...
