So what is it: Well, this time around, we're gonna be more advanced. We had four cameras, and help from the band. So, this one's gonna rock and rock hard. Multi-angles, easter eggs, extra features...we're pulling out all the stops, folks. Expect it to be done around April/May-ish

PROGRESS LOG!

3-1-04

I've decided to keep a log of how far I've come along, and update it as things progress. For now we have:

• 13 and 1/2 minutes of concert edited
• Working out DVD packaging
• Working on Menu Designs
• Waiting for Voox to give me her extra footage!

 

3-3-04

19 minutes and 26 seconds edited.

Still looking for a cheap "secret" packing.

 

3-13-04

Going on vacation til Monday.

Tossed around idea of "Band Commentary" with Josh.

Monday starts my week of "vigorous" editing.

20 minutes and 42 seconds edited.

 

3-16-04

A good 50 something minutes edited today.

Hopefully, the concert itself will be done soon. The DVD, however, still has some other things to be worked out before it's released.

Concert editing is done. Starting to work on the extra features now. Still waiting for the word on the commentary

The DVD is done, bitches. Trying to get the packaging done.

 

5-4-04

So, the promo copies of the DVD that I gave away for the contest at the concert is getting awesome reviews so far. They all love it! I also found out that Vicki is with holding more footage from me, and its pretty much funny stuff of Jim and Mike. So, hopefully she'll give me the tape soon, so I can put it on, and then make a FINAL copy.

Also, the design for the cover is pretty much done. I have to make a back now, but I have to figure out all the 'features' we have first, and I can't do that til Vicki gives me the tape. So, I'm stuck for the moment.
